24 x 40 Half Pallet

Grade B

• Often used for warehousing or shipping
  
• 6 to 7 boards on top, depending on board width which can be 3-1/2″ to 5-1/2″ wide
  
• At least 4 boards on bottom
  
• Average top deck spacing 2-1/2″ to 3-1/2″ but can be up to 4″
  
• 3 stringers
  
• 4 way entry
  
• Flush
  
• Plugs/repairs on stringers
  
• Plugs can vary by lengths and locations
  
• No more than two boards thick at any one point
  
• Chips or partial split boards are common and may have multiple blemishes and color degradation

48 x 40 Block Pallet

We offer several grades of 48" x 40" GMA pallets. See below for the specifications of each grade. Feel free to call us and we can steer you in the right direction and help decide which pallets are best for you and your business.

Grade A

• Used in food, pharmaceutical, etc environments
  
• 7 boards on top / 5 boards on bottom
  
• Average top deck space 2.5" - 3.5"
  
• 3 stringers, No block repairs to stringers
  
• 4 way entry
  
• Flush
  
• Each stringer can have one metal repair plate to strengthen any split
  
• May have some paint or blank out markings on sides of stringers/one or more stinger end color coded
  
• May have minor cracks/chips in wood

• Predominantly clean of paint or markings, some black out markings on sides
